I have 29 years’ experience in physics education across teaching, school leadership, and assessment. My career has included roles as a Vice Principal, examiner, and assessment consultant, alongside extensive work in question development and quality assurance for international physics qualifications.
My work spans classroom teaching, leadership, and assessment design, giving me a unique perspective on how physics is taught, how it is examined, and how student performance is evaluated. This allows me to support students not only academically, but strategically — helping them translate understanding into examination outcomes.
I also specialise in supporting students with SEND and additional learning needs, adapting teaching approaches to suit individual cognitive profiles while maintaining high academic expectations.
My approach combines subject expertise, assessment insight, and structured teaching to provide high-level, specialist physics support for students who need more than generic tutoring.
